find the plural word and change the plural to singular word in php or mysql
if the search word i plural then search result should be both plural and corresponding singular word
eg: SUNS
the search result should be sun,suns
if the search word i plural then search result should be both plural and corresponding singular word
eg: SUNS
the search result should be sun,suns
This is not really supported by web assist tools, but you could use the PHP rtrim() function to remove the s from the end:
$searchVar = rtrim("suns", "s");
then use the MySQL LIKE Comparison:
WHERE columnName LIKE '$searchVar%'
