JS Errors Remain After Taking Recommended Steps

Good evening. I am trying to create Order History pages, but after running the Data Bridge page creation wizard, I receive the attached error messages. I cannot find the .dat file within the Dreamweaver folders on my MAC (even after running system searches for it), and I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling all of my extensions (i.e. eCart, Extender and Data Bridge -- installed in that order). No luck. In the past, reinstalling these extensions has fixed similar problems.

Please advise. This is the second time I have reinstalled these extensions in less than 2 months.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Heather Cummings

The Refresh UI error should be corrected by deleting the cache file from the users configuration folder.

you may need to delete the cache, then restart the computer and delete the cache again

for the other error, rest the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'
