Cannot Select Plug-in in Server Behaviors Panel

I cannot select any static plug-in inside the Server Behaviors panel. When I think I've selected one that I want to remove, and click the minus symbol, all my plug-ins on the page are eliminated.

I'm using Design Extender 1.11 / Mac OSX 10.8.2 / DW CS6 (normal license, not Creative Cloud)

Resolved:
My plug-ins were actually part of the site template which kept me from being able to select them in the Sever Behaviors panel. I had to open my php page in another text editor and temporarily strip out the template code so I could remove them through the Dreamweaver interface.
