Menu doesn't work properly after converting dw-template to theme

After converting a dw-template to a theme I am experiencing this error. One link-path in my menu isn't working and I don't understand why.

It is a css menu and the paths in the menu.php look like this:

...
<li><span><a href="../../themen.php">Themen</a></span></li>
<li><span><a href="../../termine.php">Termine</a></span</li>
<li><span><a href="../../preise.php">Preise</a></span></li>
...

The paths of list points 1 and 3 turn out to be correct but in the 2. "Templates/" is wrongly added to the path. All 3 pages are in the root of the site.

If I change the path to a full url it displays correctly.

I don't understand why it don't work with the relative path like the other ones.
Could somebody point this out to me?

Thanks in advance!
Henrik

I put the relative path in again so that you can see the problem but this site is live and I would like to have this now broken path as short as possible up.

Here is the Link:

Here you see the problem: Menu -> Angebote -> Termine

Copies of files are attached.

Thank you!
