Data Assist - Update Multiple Record

Thread began 2/08/2013 9:19 am by andrew.turner445726 | Last modified 2/08/2013 10:28 am by Jason Byrnes | 320 views | 1 replies |

Data Assist - Update Multiple Record

I am trying to update multiple records in a table. I have just one field that needs updating but I have it set as a checkbox with a checked value of 1.

When I check all boxes and update all is well, but if I leave a box unchecked I can not see how I set the unchecked value to be 0 as I need it to be.

It seems when a checkbox is left unchecked it is put in a value of blank which clearly causes a problem.

I think I might be missing the obviosu here but can anyone help me understand how I can set a checked/uncheked value on a checkbox in a repeat region so I can use the data assist update multiple records component?

in the update behavior, when you bind the column to the checkbox, set the data type to Checkbox 1,0

see the attached screen shot.
