How To Use Forms As Plugin In Framework Theme

Hello,
I want to use a simple contact form as plugin in my framework theme.
What action do I have to use in the form?
When I leave it blank i redirects to a page not found page.
What is the trick to use contact, registration or login forms as plugin in a framework theme?
Cheers
Denis

use the following code for the forms action:

php:
 action="<?php echo htmlspecialchars($_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]); ?><?php echo (isset($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]) && $_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"] != "")?"?".htmlspecialchars($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]):""?>"
