Problem with "Validation Show If" behavior

Hey Guys...

I am having a problem with the captcha and the attached form.

I inserted the Captcha and then set a validation show if behavior. It is set to display a message if the code doesn't match. If I click on submit and there is no match, the error message doesn't display. If I put in the correct code, I am still redirected to the invalid link. Would you be able to take a look at the file and let me know what I am doing wrong. I have done this many of times with no issues so I am sure it is something I my end but I can't seem to find the issue.

Thank you,
Jeff

the validation show if and captcha both rely on session variables. since neither are working correctly, i would suspect the server is not properly saving sessions.

use the sessionTest page from the following thread to test the servers session management:
showpost.php?p=23826&postcount=2

If the test fails, it is most likely a problem with the session.save_path setting in the php.ini file on the server, you will need to contact the host to have that resolved.

Cool, glad to hear that was the problem. bookmark that link, and you can use it to test sessions in the future if you suspect sessions aren't working.
