Multiple list search - No results

So I have tried Data Assist Page to create Search, Results, and Details page. I populate my lists from a dynamic table form MySQL database (also tried dynamic database option) that has lists of the fields I want to search. ALso, I can't even get 1 Search criteria to work and display results for menu. I CAN get 1 search criteria to work for TEXT, but not two. I have also tried only creating results and details page then using data search wizard to make search form, which again didnt work.

I want to search STATES and Physician SPECIALTIES: I use a drop down menu to select the STATES and Specialties. I have tried to manually populate drop down and also dynamically populate drop down from dynamic database and MySQL database on localhost. When ever I search there are always no results. I use the results page generated from Data Pages.

I would appreciate any help with this as I have been trying for 2 days or more.

in the search page you have sent the state and and specialty select lists do not have any values?

I'll need to see a copy of the pages where you are populating the select lists in order to see how they are getting their values.

also, it would be helpful to have a link where i can see the problem in the browser.
