USPS Errors

I have begun testing using the PayPal Sandbox.
I have PayPal Pro product.
I have implemented the USPS shipping option.

When I send from checkout.php I get the shipping_failure.php page with the message:
UspsCom::DoAuth

I talked to USPS and they indicated that I need to bring this back to the vendor providing the api access. What is the correction I need to make to solve this problem?

I Found another thread that says I need the production server. I have contacted USPS to have me moved to production and will retest then. I will update this request if that does not work.

OK... I got the production server for USPS and that seems to be working. However... Before I rebuilt the site to add USPS transactions were going to completion. Now that I have included USPS when I click the Submit Order button on the confirm page I am redirected to the cart page which says the cart is empty. In fact the cart is not empty. When I go back to test again with different quantities the cart shows that the old quantity has been added to the new quantity and shipping appears as the last shipping amount from the confirm.php page all of which makes me believe that the order was in fact not processed. It should be returning to the checkout_success.php or pp_checkout_success.php page. What do I need to be looking at to make this work? (I am currently using the PayPal sandbox which was working prior to adding USPS)

Michael
