Error on live site

I've uploaded my site. I launched the support.php page on my site and I get the attached result when I submit.

I don't get this error when I test remotely. Attached is pdf of error and mailformatting_php.php page and support.php (in zipped file).


What have I done?

make sure that all of the files in the webassist/email/templates folder have been uploaded to the server.

Jason. As far as I can see they all files have been uploaded - see attached pdf.

It seems to be asking for blank2.php which was the name of the original email. I renamed it help_request.php before I loaded it to host. As I said it finds and sends the email when tested locally, but not live - the files seem to be the same

renaming the file will not update the code that is calling the file.

if you rename it, you need to also update the code that uses the file.

Jason, I renamed the file - then I went into server behaviours and universal email, and directed the email to send the file that I rename ie help_request.php. Was I supposed to do something else?

the support.php page, UE isa connecting to the webassist/email/waue_support_1.php, in the webassist/email/waue_support_1.php, it has code to conenct to the blank2.php page, make sure the update is made in that file.
