Ecart 5.06 Checkout Wizard

When the checkout wizard created the pages there were 2 pages which it created with an error message saying there was an invalid path which I saved as untitled. They were untitled4 and untitled6. Untitled4 looks like it is a PayPal Order Receipt and Untitled6 PayPal Transaction not completed. What should these pages be named? Is there a list somewhere of the pages that should be created?

I used paypal with credit card and USPS for shipping.

The other pages it did create are:
checkout.php
confirm.php
pp_confirm.php
pp_cancel.php
checkout_failure.php
shipping_failure.php
checkout_success.php

Thanks..
