Help - Checkout Issue!

Hi,

Belated Happy New Year!

I had a returning customer tell me the cart is not holding the items the checkout process.

In this case, she stated the items were removed from the checkout.php page - this i have been unable to reproduce - however, upon testing the cart page loses the cart items intermittantly in all browsers. Opera will not hold the items no matter what I do.

I have the 6 time log in limit with a 30 minute lock out, for PCI compliance (boy is that a pain!)

What do I need to do to resolve this? I just uploaded the login and checkout pages.

what is your sites URL? I'll need to see the problem happen in order to troubleshoot the cause.

i am not able to reproduce a problem, though i notice that you can access your site using www in the address or not, this can cause session loss, and may be what you are experiencing.

see the following page for details on forcing www to the URL if you try accessing the site without it.
force-www-nonwww-domain/

Thank you so much! I did as you suggested forcing www to the URL - i tried again in Opera and Safari - it did the trick. I'm all out of tries for the next 30 minutes , but I will test it again to make double sure.
