Date Picker Javascript Error

When I try to add a date picker to an existing form I get the attached Javascript error.

I'm running Dreamweaver CS6 (Creative Cloud version) on OS X version 10.8.2 with the latest DataBridge version.

I select the field on a form I want to add the SB to, select WebAssist->Forms->Datepicker and a message appears.

This only happens the first time I try, after that nothing happens at all when I try to select the datepicker.

I have already tried deleting the FileCache.dat files and it doesn't make any difference.
