Table border color

I created a table 1 just one cell to act as a border
Table within table
I wanted to color the border and find no way of doing this in DW CS6

I am attaching an image.
Maybe I am missing something?
Many thanks
John

Dreamweaver does not offer a control for setting a tables border color, you need to edit the HTML code manually to accomplish this, for example:
<table width="600" border="1" bordercolor="#FF0000">

or, you can use CSS to change the bordercolor:
css_table.asp
