Powerstore Emails on 1and1 hosting

Powerstore Emails on 1and1 hosting

Hi,

I had powerstore hosted on a linux server and the email forms / registration emails etc worked as soon as i uploaded powerstore (no need to enter a mail server in the admin area).

Unfortunately for SSL reasons i had to move to a new hosting provider so have just uploaded the site to 1and1 as a recommended partner of webassist however the email forms dont work.

For example when you complete the contact form it says thank you for contacting us but no email is actually sent and received?

I have spoken several times to 1and1 and searched the forums but no one can give me the answer? Please can you help?

Thanks

Oliver

It should work with a blank email server. We use 1and1 for testing our own web site and emails work fine with their system.

It must be something else on the page causing it not to work. Maybe if you attached a zipped copy of the page and email include files I could spot the problem. It shouldn't be an intrinsic issue with 1and1 mail servers. I know they usually work.
