Databridge

I am using Databridge for first time and UEM within it

The form is all working correctly ( it had been made originally in UEM4 ) but I am using the BLOCK Template

It is picking up some extra fields from the form - and I need to know where I can delete them from

CustName: wanted
CustTel: wanted
CustEMail: wanted
Howcontact: wanted
CustAddress: wanted
CustRequirements: wanted

The ones below I do NOT WANT in the resulting e mail but are in the form for CAPTCHA and the submit button

hdcaptcha: pqwzy
Submit: Submit
hdwfail: contact.php?hdwmsg=invalid

Where do I find the string where I can edit these out
