Confirmation email

Dear Jason, I've created a registration form with CSS Form Builder. The password has been set to MD5. However, when the confirmation email is sent to the user after registration, it contains all the details on the form, including the password. But the password is the actual password - is this correct? I thought it might have sent the encrypted password - even though that wouldn't have been much use.

if you are sending the password in the email, you should send the plain text, not encrypted password.

the password is encrypted when it gets stored to the database.

Myself, i would not include the password in the email, but that is up to you.
