Hi Jason,

do I have to reinstall the old version? Is there a work-around?

There is no work around.

we suggest using the "Create a File to manage the email body" option instead of the DW Edit option. this allows you to mange the email body without having to open universal email.

Hi Jason,

this is one thing I dont understand in year :-)
Do I have to create the body file first and then select it in universal email?
I tried it 2-4 times but it always creates a new template.

Is there a step by step, how to do this?

I know it creates the folder templates in email.

Cheers,
Denis

Hi Jason,
I cant follow that instruction, maybe I am to stupid.
It allways createst Blank.php.
I want to rename it! When I rename the Blank.php I cant find it in the dropdown.

What is this for?

<?php
$remove = array();
$remove[] = "";
$remove[] = "x";
$remove[] = "y";

$removeBegins = array();
$removeBegins[] = "Security";

$removeEnds = array();
$removeEnds[] = "_x";
$removeEnds[] = "_y";

$removeIncludes = array();
$removeIncludes[] = "Security";
?>

Can I delete that?
I just want a simple email, where user just klick on a link, nothing else.

cheers,
Denis

no, do not rename it, leave the file name unchanged.

Leave that code in place too, do not remove it.

What is it for?

Can I create a template I often use?

The problem I see is, that the templates are namen blank.php blank_1.php etc.
this makes it difficult to get an overview what template is for which fomr.
