Using my own template

What do I need to do in order to use my own template with PM. Do I need to set the file up a certain way (other then setting editable areas)?

you can design your own email body to use in power messenger, but make sure that the CSS is inline, for example:
<div style="color:#000000">This is a div</div>

many email clients dont support using style sheets.

also, any images need to use Fully qualified URLs

Then when creating the mailing you can use the Get From File option for the body and select the file you created.
