Unable to open script file:DocumentEncoding.js

I just purchased CS6 after loading then uninstalling, deleting the cache file and reinstalled the extensions and I keep getting this message:

"Unable to open script file:user:applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS6:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:DocumentEncoding.js" Error (2)

I have done a search for "DocumentEncoding.js" on my entire system and can not find the file anywhere. I have also gone into the directory "Adobe Dreamweaver CS6:Configuration:Shared:" and their is no WebAssist folder.

Help solving this issue would be appreciated.
