James,

How can I set add to cart bottom with just 6 products to sale, I want the customer to stop buying this products after they buy the first 6 items... How do I set that up...

do you mean only 6 items total can be added to the cart?

or that a specific item can only be ordered in a maximum quantity of 6?

Nop,

I mean, for example I m selling shoes and I only have 5 pair sizes 6, 3 pair sizes 4 so, if client buoyed 3 pair sizes 6 that mean that there only is 2 pair left, I need the system to display two pair left.. if another client purchase the two pair left then it will said we are out of stock on these sizes...

That is rather complex and the exact steps differ depending on the payment gateway you use.

you would need to have an inventory column to your products table.

then on the page that processes the transaction, you would need to add code to loop through the products that where just purchased to update the inventory.
