setting a time for coupon expiration

I have been using coupon codes for a long time and setting the expiration based on a day but I need to set the expiration by both day and a specific time. Is there a way to add a specific time? (i.e. 3:00 am Pacific) Thank you.

enter the expiration date using the format:
Y-m-d h:m:s

for the hours, use 24 hour format. so to expire on Feb 3rd, 2014 at 3pm:
2014-2-3 15:00:00

the timezone used will be determined by the server settings.

currently I am using:
<= strtotime("12/4/12"))

so I can just change this to:
<= strtotime("2012-12-4 15:00:00"))

Is this correct? Thank you for your help.

Sorry, but for 3 am would it be 3:00:00 or 03:00:00? Thanks.
