Radio Button and Check boxes

Hi,
In my form I have radio buttons and check boxes. I cannot get them register the values in database.

I have read a couple posts here mentioning Property Inspector and Dynamic button. I cannot see this button. I am using DW cs6 on cloud and I read on one of the forums that this button is not available anymore. Is this true? Otherwise how can I achive these working manually. I have set on my table enum('Yes', 'No') for these values but this did not help either.

Help appriciated, thanks

Aladdin

Is the page the form is on a dynamic PHP page? the dynamic button in the property inspector will only be available if the page you are working on is a dynamic page.

also, the dreamweaver site would need to be configured properly for dynamic development.

see the "Defining a Dynamic Site in Dreamweaver" tutorial on our learning page:

Hi Jason,
I think I have set up everything correcty. The pages were created for me in PHP by DataAssist (thanks). In these pags I made my changes and they are all correct. I have difined my dynamic site as your tutorial and double checked again it is all correct. But I have found this topic in adobe forum and gave up working on my pages until I get a feedback from you. Please can you have a quick look at this article and tell me if I a still doing things wrong.

The question on the forum...
Missing Dynamic Lighting Bolt on properties panel
'CS6 on windows XP. PHP/MySQL local site setup and working fine. Only problem, I cannot bind a recordset to a select list because the lighing bolt / dynamic icon is missing from the properties panel.'

This is the link

Many thanks.

I know Adobe is /making some changes to the 12.1 version available through the Cloud subscription, it may be that they are removing the dynamic icon.

perhaps the fix for another issue found in this post:
showpost.php?p=137837&postcount=8

and this one:
showpost.php?p=137837&postcount=9

will also help your problem.

Hi Jason,
I have added the Form folder as it was mentioned on the link you've sent me.
But this folder already exists in CS6/Configuration/Objects/Forms without en_US.
This was the suggested folder to add Forms
CS6\en_US\Configuration\Objects\Forms
But there were no Objects folfer in Configuration so I have cretad one and added Forms folder in there.

Now what do I need to do?

I think Webassist needs to update Data Assist and that is the onlu soution for me unless I code this part manually which I have no knowledge. If you can help me to finish this project which I have been trying to figure out last 5 days, I woud very much appriciate it. I have one time gave up using radio buttons or checkboxes and wanted to use dropdown 'YES or 'NO' choices. But this didn't work either.
