Problem with adding "Add to Cart" button

Problem with adding "Add to Cart" button

Hello, I have went through the instructions several times. When I add the Dynamic "Add to Cart" button, and upload all of the files. I then get an Error - "HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error):" - after several attempts I have verified that if I comment out the code that is generated at Line #2 <?php //$Ripper_Owens_Tap_House->GetContent(); ?> Then the page will show up. Any idea of how I can fix this?

Thank You!

move the code at line 48 - 51:

php:
<?php

//WA eCart Include
require_once("../WA_eCart/Ripper_Owens_Tap_House_PHP.php");
?>

to line 1
