DH support suggested I find an alternative to CC

I've been working on trying to buy an SSL certificate for many weeks now, and after multiple attempts, refunds, etc. Dreamhost support is giving up CafeCommerce. They said I should find another service because they aren't getting useful responses regarding some sort of problem between CC and the certificate authority.

I have sunk many hours into getting he store ready, everything but SSL is ready and I would hate to give up at this point.

Is anyone dealing with this issue?

We should have this issue resolved. We had a problem with our ssl provider and had to get our account updated since it was rejecting ssl cert requests. We worked with them over the phone last week and I believe everything has been resolved.

We have had a couple of other users in your same situation that have confirmed it works now. Please update your support ticket we created with a phone number, or give us a call and we can look into this with you and make sure it is resolved.

In the future, how can I contact this support team, which seems to be different from the usual Dreamhost team? Going through webassist.com I can't find a way to access CafeCommerce support.
