Image upload error

I have created product pages using DB 109 and while adding products on my local machine i get the following messages:
Warning: rename(,C:\xampp\htdocs\h_kayalami_responsive\ad_min\..\img\bicycles\._JULIET-100-V-MY13-DB-b.jpg) [function.rename]: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\h_kayalami_responsive\webassist\file_manipulation\helperphp.php on line 190

Warning: rename(,C:\xampp\htdocs\h_kayalami_responsive\ad_min\..\img\bicycles\small\._JULIET-100-V-MY13-DB-b.jpg) [function.rename]: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\h_kayalami_responsive\webassist\file_manipulation\helperphp.php on line 190

When checking the results page I notice the product details has been uploaded but not the product image.

Any ideas to resolve issue?

the error messages above are for the update page only, does the insert page work?

on the insert page, the default file setting is using a relative path:

'DefaultFileName' => "../img/design/spacer-30.jpg",

the default file name is just the file name, it should not include the path:
'DefaultFileName' => "spacer-30.jpg",

in your php.ini file, make sure that the upload_temp_dir is properly set.

see the xampp documetation for locating the php.ini file:
xampp-windows.html#1172

Still getting the errors

Greetings Jason,

Yes, I am getting this error on both the insert and update pages.
When using the DA UI I am selecting the folder to navigate and select the default file name, hence the relative path.

I have changed the default file name to not include the path.

See the settings for my php.ini upload_template_dir

; Whether to allow HTTP file uploads.
file_uploads = On

; Temporary directory for HTTP uploaded files (will use system default if not
; specified).
upload_tmp_dir = /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/temp/

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 128M

I am still getting the errors when uploading photographs. Please advise further.

What puzzles me though is the part of the error message "responsive/ad_min/../img/specials/".

The directory path above is incorrect as the "../img/specials/" is actually in the root folder of the website.

Look forward to your assistance Jason. Thank you

I've opened a support incident so that we can look into this with you in a screen sharing session. I'm not sure exactly what is going on, but I'm sure we can figure it out by debugging it with you.
