forgotten password email error

When I submit the request for forgotten password email to be sent, the email is sent as it should, but on the webpage, the error message shows up:

Email failed to send. Please confirm your email settings with your hosting provider.

I am using godaddy.com for this client's hosting.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.

here is an updated copy of the webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php file that should correct the problem.

This issue should be fixed in the current version of Data Bridge.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
