Server Behavior Configuration Malfunction?

Server Behavior Configuration Malfunction?

Why is it that some DataAssist Search Server Behavior Configuration windows allow me to Open the Wizard while some others don't? Also, why do the windows that don't allow me to do that crash DW when I enter 0 != 0 in the Default WHERE field?

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your attention.
