Page from Template - where has it gone?

I havent used the Data Assist within Databridge for a while.

How do you have the for created in a template page like you used too?

Ive read some other threads on this and have now changed a page to a dwt and then have made it into a theme.

If I create a Data Assist page first and then try to apply the theme, I get "You must have a dreamweaver template applied to your page to use Framework Themes."

However if I create a new page from theme it works OK.

The thing I dont understand is, if I create a page from a dwt or theme, how do I then add a data assist insert form? Do I then have to add it as a plugin?

Is there a way to add a theme to a data assist page?

the Template or theme needs to be applied after running the wizard.

to apply the template, open the page and go to Modify -> Templates -> Apply Template to page.

the template needs to be applied to the page before the theme can be applied.
