Error on Form createt with the CSS Formbuilder

Dear Support

I have createt a Form with CSS Form (Design Extender). After I uploded the Form with all needed Files and I will send this Form followings will happen:

Warning: require(Block_11.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in F:\wwwroot\studerconsulting.com\httpdocs\webassist\email\mailformatting_php.php on line 142

Can you help me. I spend a lot of time, but I found no solution.

the error means the webassist \email\templates folder has not been uploaded to the server.

make sure that folder gets uploaded.

Thank you Jason no it works and I am happy. Dreamweaver does't all files uploded.
