CSS Sculptor 2 is not compatible with Dreamweaver CS6.
CSS Sculptor has been replaced by Design Extender, you will wither need to continue using your previous version of Dreamweaver with CSS Sculptor 2, or Upgrade to design Extender in order to use CSS Sculptor in DW CS6.
