No email and no shipping

Hello I have the confirmation page showing, the shipping from the FedEx estimate, but when it is submitted to the payment processor (authorize.net) the shipping charges are not included in the grand total, the success page doesn't show the Order number, nor the shipping charges, nor email confirmation is sent to the customer. Does anyone experienced this kind of issue?

To test you can go to > product_detail.php?item=13 add to cart and follow the checkout process. (Authorize.net is set to TEST MODE - no charges will be made) that way you will see what I'm talking about.

To checkout login as:
username: testing
password: testtest

Any help will be appreciated. I checked 3 times the code and I don't understand why on the confirmation page all show and it is not submitted to the payment gateway nor the success page.

I have managed to send the shipping to the payment processor, I also resolve the issue with the email submission. WHAT I CANNOT GET TO WORK:

The SUCCESS PAGE still not showing the ORDER NUMBER and THE SHIPPING COST

Anybody can help????? I may have passs with the solution many times when looking at the code but no success on find the problem is causing it.
