HTML Editor - Not Appearing - PHP/CS6

So I've followed the instructions to the letter to insert an HTML editor. Edited the settings, saved those as a preset, and then inserted the editor.

Much code was added to my PHP page (running 5.3 of PHP) and then did a "Save" and said yes to uploading dependent files.

Looked at my site, and nothing where there editor should be.

Turned on Firebug, and see these errors:

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://www.xxxxxxx.com/config.js?t=B1GG4Z6"config...B1GG4Z6

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://www.xxxxxxx.com/skins/office2003/skin.js?t=B1GG4Z6"skin.js?t=B1GG4Z6

TypeError: r is undefined
...var z=x[y];q[z]=this.get(z);m[z]=1;}}k.call(l,q);},this);}};a.plugins=new a.reso..

Looking at the root dir of the site, no such files/dirs exist either locally or remotely. Did a save, with dependencies, on the ckeditor.php page as well -- nothing changed.

I've cleared the cache directory, uninstalled, and reinstalled the extensions. Nada...
