Security Error

I am getting this error Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_Auth_RulePasses() in /home/content/91/9296891/html/CommunityHotline/accounts/webstatus_update.php on line 4

I had to revise the page so that I can use it so I have zipped the page and Security Pages.

I want only the user that owns the record from the tbl_directorylistings to be able to edit the record.
