Memory Error When Shipping is Taxed option is set

When I check the box to calculate tax on shipping I get the following memory error:

How are the tax and shipping rules set up?

normally, this happens if you use the Taxable total in the shipping calculation, if you include the tax in the shipping, the taxable total changes once the shipping is applied, so tax needs to be recalculated. once tax is recalculated, the taxable total has changed so shipping needs to be recalculated and so on in an endless loop

I am calculating the tax on the taxable total but it's a custom column I created to find the items in an order that are taxable. Not sure why this would be causing a loop. I have attached my eCart file for you to review.

the trigger for the shipping compares the taxable total to the $_SESSION['i8_FreeShipMinOrderValue']


since you use the shipping in the tax, once the shipping is applied, the taxable total changes causing the loop.
