registration does not insert data into table

Hi Jason,

I have messed with this all day and I just need a fresh set of eyes.
I ran the Form Builder in Data Bridge and it appears to function, but the data is NOT getting inserted into the database.

Can you see what I am missing?
I have attached the page, but you can also see it here: registration.php

thx!
Eric

the #1 rule when working with forms:

All processing MUST occur on the page that is specified in the action attribute of the form tag.

you have the form set to post to the login page:

<form class="PFCform_PFCpublic" id="registration_PFCform_PFCpublic" name="registration_PFCform_PFCpublic" method="post" action="login.php">

you should leave the action attribute blank, then set the insert record behavior to redirect to the login page after the record is inserted.

Duh! Thanks Jason! I don't know how I missed that, I must have put in the login.php when I was running the form wizard.

Thanks!!
Eric
