Image Interface

I was wondering if the WA team or members are working on an image interface script. Something that will allow admins to add products to their store or e-commerce solution with this a unique feature. The feature allows the user to customize / personalize the product. Add names, text, images, clipart also allowing the user to upload thier own logo or clip art (certain file types). All of it being controlled from the admin interface. A stand-alone interface / plug-in would be awesome. This would be an essential tool for those in the imprinting and sign industries. Empowering them to have full controll of what they offer. Yes there are many websites and companies that offer the service for a steep monthly fee. But many small busineses would gladly pay a fee for the script / interface instead....Your thoughts.

This functionality can be created using Data Bridge.

In Data Bridge, you can use the Data Assist Create pages wizard to build Product administration pages, this can be configured to allow image upload to upload a product image along with other product details.

Something along these lines. But with the functionality and syle of a WA product. One that simplifies the process of customizing style sheets within the extension. My question can the "Data Bridge, or Data Assist" system enable advanced functions like re-size, delete, zoom, add text and others?

YEs, Data bridge includes Image resizer which can be used to Resize images. and data assist to manage the products table data.


Image zoom, you would need to use Jquery to accomplish, this would not be done automatically in Data Bridge.
