Forgot Password Page - Having issues

Forgot Password Page - Having issues

The issue I'm having is none of the show region fields are working. For example, when I type my email and click send, it should say "Password information emailed, please check your inbox". The email is being sent through my test mail server tool, but the show regions aren't working. And when I go into the "Email encrypted password" listed under server behaviors and press ok even without making any changes, I get this error message from dreamweaver:

Error applying:
TypeError: defn has no properties

Maybe this has something to do with my problem?

Show regions not showing in forgotPassword.php page

I am the same issues. Show regions are not showing. Example: The error message "Your email address could not be found in our records. Please try again." does show when I enter an invalid email address and the success message "Password information emailed, please check your inbox" does not show either after requesting my password with a valid email address. Also , I get the following error when I open the Security Assist email Encrypted Password server behavior to add my smtp as you instructed others to do.

Error applying:
TypeError: defn has no properties

I am sending my forgotPassword.php page.

Email not found Show Region not showing on forgotpassword.php

Jason, if on the forgotpassword.php I enter an email I know not to be in the database, instead of correct Show Region I am sent to "mywebsiteurl"/&notFound=true

If I enter an email that is in the database, the whole process works perfectly - correct Show Region - email sent with correct password - etc.

I have included the file for you to examine ... thanks for any insight you can offer.

Just today, I completed the Double Opt In Registration tutorial (successfully it would seem) if that matters.
