What version of Power Store are you using?

If you are running a version of power store prior to 4.5.3, you should upgrade to the latest version, it includes many enhancements to fix issues with speed.

Another thing that can effect the store load times is the use of Advanced options on your products, it is recommended to use advanced options only if the option will require unique attributes like price or description. If there is no need for the option to have unique attributes, you should use simple options.
