Maps will not center in IE

Hello;
Forgive the repost. I wanted to put all the info in one place so someone could help me figure out why this map will not center in IE 6 7 and 8. It looks nice in all other browsers. First off, that is funny, usually it is the other way around.

I posted all the code running this little app. It is written in ColdFusion. The url with the problem is directions.cfm You will see, it doesn't center the flag in IE, but in firefox and all the rest, it is fine.

I have tried all the fixes I have found out here from other posts. I tried the div tags and editing the code with the actual coordinates. All not working.

Also, how do I get the pop up with the actual address to appear onload instead of onclick?

Sorry, I really need to get this fixed and do not understand why IE is giving me a problem.

Thank you.
