SEFURL's

Just a quick question.
Is it possible to add search engine friendly URL's to CSS Menu Writer.
For instance:
I have a URL ../gas.php?gasID=1 I would like to be able to use /gas-1

I know I can set this up in a .htaccess file (RewriteRule gas-(.*)$ gas.php?gasID=$1) which would give me all the dynamic ID's on the correct page, but how would I enter this in a dynamic menu in CSS Menu Writer?

What I currently have is:
<li><a href="../../gas.php?gasID=<?php echo $row_menuwriter_gas["gasID"]; ?>"><?php echo $row_menuwriter_gas["gas_name"]; ?></a></li>

Thanks in anticipation.

change the link code:
<li><a href="../../gas.php?gasID=<?php echo $row_menuwriter_gas["gasID"]; ?>"><?php echo $row_menuwriter_gas["gas_name"]; ?></a></li>

to:
<li><a href="/gas-<?php echo $row_menuwriter_gas["gasID"]; ?>"><?php echo $row_menuwriter_gas["gas_name"]; ?></a></li>
