Which recipients were reached

I set up the messenger to send 90 mails every hour because my server only allows 100 mails per hour. When sending it would have taken 17 hours to mail 1600 times. It stopped at 113. See screenshot. Does the browser need to be open for the mails to keep sending? I did keep it open. Or was the problem my server blocking the rest. To which 113 were sent - the first 113 in the db? Thanks in advance.

The email would have been sent to the first 113 in the database

/forward.php
/email/mail_php.php
/email/mailformating.php
/admin_pm//common/mailings.php
