most basic problem setting up PowerGallery

Hi, I purchased PowerGallery and downloaded and unzipped it. I put it in a folder called pgallery. I uploaded it to the server. I navigate to weaversguildofrochester.org/pgallery/index.php and it bounces me to weaversguildofrochester.org/index.php.

What could be causing that?

it doesn't look like all of the files have been uploaded. the pgallery/install_gallery folder is missing, this address:
install_gallery

gives a 404 error, but it should start the gallery install process.
