Paypal postage costs not being added

Hi there, im using paypal express as my checkout, when checkout is clicked, there are no postage costs added by paypal and when the client returns from the paypal screen there are no postage costs added either.

i have set up postage costs in my paypal profile and contacted paypal customer services and they said the button is not even being displayed at there end? seems all fine my end though.

I have not defined any shipping rules but i have enabled shipping. also when setting the postage costs within paypal i get this message:- Postage will only be applied to all PayPal Shopping Cart Purchases, Buy Now Buttons, and Donations. Postage will not be applied to payments made with PayPal Subscriptions and Recurring Payments, Winning Buyer Notification, or Instant Purchase (for eBay listings).

not sure if that has somthing to do with it?

any help would be great

Kind regards

Is power store set up in Test Mode or is the Sand box options checked?

Instead of configuring the tax or shipping on paypals end, you can set ip the tax and shipping rates within the Power Store admin panel. It would probably be better to use the tax setting in the power store admin for this
