Membership Cards

I am developing a site where members can pay their dues on line (and make other purchases as well.)

Site is complete with the exception of I need to send membership cards to the user (either by email or give them the opportunity to search for their orders and print a membership card from their account.

(I have already created the order history pages which will allow the user to search for their orders).

I am planning on making their membership number be something like MembershipYear+orderID

I want to limit the membership cards to be available only on orders that contain valid purchases of membership dues though. (thought about doing a show if... as one possibility).

Do you have any suggestions on how to implement this

you would need to create a joined query that returns data from the Orders and order details tables, and filter the recordset to return records where only the member dues product is in the order details table. you probably do this by the product ID in the orderdetails table.
