Email logging javascript error

Hi,

I am using version 1.0.8 of Data Bridge.

I am trying to set-up email logging in Universal Email but am getting a javascript error box whenever I click on the 'configure email logging' button (see attached for error message).

Can you help? Already tried to delete the WinFileCache, but that doesn't make a difference.

Thank you in advance.

Pascal

Here is a copy of the WA_DBHelper.js file. place this under the configuration folder (same place you deleted the cache file from) at webassist/shared/library/controls

Attached Files
WA_DBHelper.js.zip

Hi Jason,

I deleted the WinFileCache from C:\Users\Pascal\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\Configuration

The error message is looking for the WA_DBHelper.js at C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration\shared\webassist\Library\Controls\ which doesn't exist. The folders '\shared\webassist\Library\Controls\' are missing from that path on my computer.

Do you mean that I should upload the file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration\shared\webassist\Library\Controls\ therefore creating the folders '\shared\webassist\Library\Controls\'?

Thanks.

no, you should upload the file to:

C:\Users\Pascal\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\Configuration\shared\webassist\Library\Controls\

it should be uploaded to the users configuration folder. the same place you deleted the cache file from like i stated previously.
