Lost password and username

I have power store and have forgotten my password and username. I have tried to look for wa_settings in php-admin with no luck even finding the folder. Here is the message I got from my web host provider. Please help.

Hello,

Thanks you for your email.

I cant find wa_setting on your database (please find attachment) because your web designer was using outsource website database
call WebAssist which not not managed by our system so you need to contact your web designer or WebAssist support to fix this issue
because we can not access outsource database server.
