1 datepicker css:
<link type="text/css" href="../webassist/forms/fd_likebeyond_normal/Datepicker/css/jquery-custom.css" rel="stylesheet">

seond problem: error at dreamweaver startup

error: on line 2 of file ../WebAssist/GoogleToolkit/shared.js "wa" is not defined.

Can you post a link where i can see the problem to investigate the cause.

The error "wa" is not defined happens when you are using older stand alone extensions along side the newer bundled extensions like Design Extender or Data Bridge.

It is really just a nuisance error and should not effect functionality. If you are not getting other errors, you can ignore that one.

The date picker uses jquery and attaches it to the page with the date picker:
<script type="text/javascript" src="../webassist/jquery/jquery.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="../webassist/jquery/jquery-ui.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
$(function(){
$('#Datum').datepicker({
changeMonth: true,
changeYear: true,
onClose: closeDatePicker_Datum,
dateFormat: 'yy-mm-dd',
showMonthAfterYear: true
});
});
function closeDatePicker_Datum() {
var tElm = $('#Datum');
if (typeof Datum_Spry != null && typeof Datum_Spry != "undefined" && Datum_Spry.validate) {
Datum_Spry.validate();
}
var docElm = document.getElementById("Datum");
var tBlur = docElm.getAttribute("onBlur");
if (!tBlur) tBlur = docElm.getAttribute("onblur");
if (!tBlur) tBlur = docElm.getAttribute("ONBLUR");
if (tBlur) {
tBlur = String(tBlur).replace(/\bthis\b/g, "docElm");
eval(tBlur);
}
}
</script>

you are causing a jquery conflict by adding a second version to the page using this code:
<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.0/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>window.jQuery || document.write('<script src="js/vendor/jquery-1.8.0.min.js"><\/script>')</script>

remove those 2 lines, and the date picker will work
