Receipt sent from ECart without order #, not logged in DB
I have an issue where a customer placed an order, received a receipt without an order number on it, and I have verified that the transaction went through to Authorize.net and cleared.
The customer placed a second order and received a receipt with an order number, and again and I have verified that the transaction went through to Authorize.net and cleared.
I only have one record for this customer in my order database. There is no record of that first transaction.
What could have caused this, and how can I fix it?
