Need some help and a tips

Hi,

Im making a site, but im stuck on the Menu, the menu works great.
My problem is that i have one tab that is showing Groups, and the sub menu gets sooooooo **** long on my horizontal menu.
The grps are 1-23
So my question is, how can i make the Group Sub menu horizontal too?

But then i have in the groups another sub that contains ages for the groups. So i guess those needs to be horizontal also.

So like this (getting all the menu info from 3 tables all joined in to one recordset)
Table 1 ---> Main menu
table 2 ---> Sub Menu 1 (Here i have the groups, 30 cm vertical repeate)
table 3 ---> Sub Menu 2 (Only this one that contains the realation to the groups)

Or maybe you ppl have an idea how to show it in a better way?
This is how it is now:
Home | About | Groups | EXAMPLE |
1
2
3
toooo
L
o
n
g

I would like to have it like this:
Home | About | Groups | EXAMPLE |
Grp 1 Grp 2 Grp 3 Grp 4 Grp 5 Grp 6 ---> Grp 23
Sub Info from ex. Ages 00-05
